1. Acceptance

By installing or using Easy ChartFlow ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please uninstall the Extension.

2. License

Easy ChartFlow is proprietary software. You are granted a personal, non transferable license to use the Extension for personal and commercial data visualization. Redistribution, resale, or modification of the extension code is prohibited without express written permission.

3. Data & Privacy

Easy ChartFlow operates entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any chart data, personal information, or usage analytics. All data remains local to your browser. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Permitted Use

• Visualizing data from web pages, spreadsheets, or manual input
• Exporting charts as PNG, SVG, WebP, PDF, or Video for personal or commercial use
• Using generated charts in presentations, reports, and publications

5. Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or unpacking the Extension code
• Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing the Extension
• Using the Extension to collect data without proper authorization from data subjects

6. Intellectual Property

All chart outputs you create are yours. The Extension itself, including its code, design, and branding, remain the intellectual property of Easy ChartFlow. Third party libraries (Chart.js, Three.js, PapaParse) are used under their respective open source licenses.

7. Disclaimer

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, inaccuracies in chart output, or consequential damages arising from use.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
